Write to [email protected]. That address is for questions about the site, broken tools, and privacy requests. It is not a place to send files for conversion — the tools never need you to.

There is no form on this page and no inbox inside the product. A form would mean running a server, and ToolSpruce is a static site on purpose. We read mail sent to that address. We don’t offer phone support or an account you can sign in to.

If a tool failed on a file, describe the format and the message on the page. Please don’t attach the file unless you are comfortable sharing it; we can’t process it any more privately than your own browser already can.
